These terms apply to your use of diamaria.com, which is operated by DIAMARIA DIAMONDS TRADING - FZCO ("DiaMaria", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept them.
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colour and sparkle can look different on screen, and some images are styled or rendered. Every piece is made once, so a piece shown on the website may no longer be available.
The website does not take orders or payments. Every piece is quoted per commission. A quotation is not a contract. An order is made only when we confirm it to you in writing, together with its price, payment schedule, timeline and delivery. Those written terms apply to that order and take precedence over these terms.
When you send an enquiry, the information you give must be accurate and yours to share. We handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy.
The designs, photographs, text, logo and name DiaMaria belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them, or make jewellery from our designs, without our written consent.
Do not use the website unlawfully, send spam or harmful code through it, or try to interfere with how it works.
The website links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We provide the website as it is and do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
